Introduction (Please Read):
This document will provide you with the steps needed to search for your opportunities in your database and then get a report of the opportunities.
Step 1: Go to the Today section and click on the Search Tasks & History tab.
Step 2: On the search tools on the left of the screen, do not select any of the items in the Task Types list.
Step 3: Select yourself from the Users/Assigned to Users list. If you would like to pull a list of opportunities for other team members, select the team member’s name from the list. If you would like to pull a list of all opportunities in the database that you have access to see, do not select anybody in the Users list.
Step 4: Set the appropriate time period. If you would like all opportunities, select All for the Period and then input a wide enough date range to capture the opportunities you would like to see.
Step 5: Select Opportunity from the Sales Type drop-down
Step 6: Click the Search button. The list that appears will show the Opportunities in your database based on the criteria specified using the Search tools on the left side of the screen.
Step 7: To get a Report of the Opportunities, click the Report button at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 8: Select the History option from the list of Reports and click Preview.
Step 9: When the report appears, you can review the report and do any of a number of options, including print to PDF, convert it to Word or Excel, or email it, as desired.
