Introduction (Please Read)
The purpose of this document is to explain the procedure for creating a report of all history for a given property.
Step 1: In order to create such report, click on the “Today” button.
The following screen will be displayed.
Step 2: Click on the “Search History” tab to begin searching for the history for the desired property. The following screen will be displayed.
Step 3: Once inside the “Search History” tab perform the following steps:
1. Choose the desired property from the “Property” menu in the bottom of the screen
2. Set the time interval for the desired notes i.e. history by using the “Period” and “Date Range” options
3. Click on the “Search” button to begin searching for the history; the results will be displayed in the right pane
4. Once the history for the desired property has been found and displayed within the results pane, use the “Report” button in the lower right part of the screen to create the report
The report will be created and displayed to you.
Note: you can use any other criteria inside the “Search History” window to narrow the results (history); for example, you can select the “Call” from the “Task Type” menu to only display history of calls for the desired property.
