Introduction (Please Read):
The purpose of this document is to describe the procedure for deleting multiple properties based on specified criteria (e.g. the state the property is in). NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you backup your database before making significant changes to the database.
Step 1: In order to delete multiple properties, search for the desired properties that you would like to delete (e.g. retrieve your Delete Properties group). Please note that you can also click the All button and run a quick search from within Data Doctor, as well.
Step 2: Select the “I understand” radio button, type in YES and click the Next button if you wish to continue. The following screen will be displayed.
Step 3: Click on the Global Delete and Merge Duplicates tab. The following screen will be displayed.
Step 4: Select the Delete Properties and the Search option. Search based on a desired criteria.
Step 5: The screen will now contain only the properties based on the chosen criteria. Click the Check All button to select all properties, or manually select each checkbox next to the individual properties, and then click the Delete Checked button. The following conformation dialog box will be displayed.
Step 6: Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion and the following screen will be displayed where you will be able to monitor the progress.
Once the deletion has been completed, the Data Doctor screen will be displayed again.
